Once on the bike and having exited the building you can go anywhere in the game without the distracting buildings and terrain showing up; they are all invisible. For this glitch, you'll need to have the money needed to buy an asset. Go to the asset and to the purchase icon in front of it.

When you are using a weapon and finish off a clip, quickly scroll the mouse wheel up, then quickly back down to the weapon you were using.
The weapon should already be reloaded. This makes it easier when in a gang battle.
